The cookbook 'Recipes of Cretan Cuisine΄ was designed as a part of my thesis, for my BA (HONOURS) degree in Graphic Design. 
For the illustration of the food I chose to illustrate some of the ingredients with
the technique of engraving linoleum. I wanted to emphasize the character of the Cretan people, 
that every food they make is handmade and made with effort, and love. The designs I printed, I made them in digital form, and with the colors that a Greek island has,I made compositions that symbolize the ingredients for each meal.
